I’m a one-person operation — which means when you send a message here, it comes directly to me. No support ticket system, no outsourced inbox. Just me, reading your message and writing back.
I try to respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Sometimes faster, sometimes a little slower — but I do read everything.
What I’m happy to hear about
Tool suggestions — If there’s an AI tool you think I should review, I genuinely want to know about it. Especially if you’ve used it yourself and have something real to say about it.
Corrections or feedback — If something I’ve written is inaccurate, outdated, or just plain wrong, please tell me. I’d rather fix it than have bad information sitting on the internet.
Collaboration — If you’re building something in the AI or automation space and think there’s a way we could work together, feel free to reach out with a brief intro.
General questions — If you’re a solopreneur trying to figure out which AI tool is right for your situation, ask. I can’t promise a detailed consultation, but I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
What I won’t respond to
Paid link insertion requests, guest post pitches from content farms, and “I have a great tool for you to feature” emails without any context. Life’s too short.
